Cleaning The Lobby Roof.
Trying to remove years of accumulated dirt from the roof of the lobby. 
LEAKING DRAINAGE PIPE IN THE LG CARPARK 13th January 2006
The lobby roof was earlier washed in the afternoon. Water from the washings began to leaked from this drainage pipe in the LG carpark at about 03:30pm. The motorcycles parked underneath were given a free wash.

FIRE HAZARDS AND FIRE TRAPS
Dry crispy thin plywood and sponge cushion are the perfect fuel for a jolly bonfire.
These are placed in the fire escape stairs obstructing anyone from escaping a fire.
OBSTRUCTIONS TO THE FIRE STAIRS.
The completely obstructed fire stairs on the first floor....
will this be the final destination?
Even a child cannot squeeze through this obstructed fire escape staircase on the 16th floor.

Elevators
Two of the four elevators which serve GCB Court residents......
DO NOT SPIT IN THE ELEVATORS!! Spitting in communal areas spreads diseases; the perpertrator is uncivilised, antisocial, has no respect for other residents, and definitely has a third-world mentality.
Please dry yourself after a dip in the pool so that you do not drip in the lifts. Wet slippery floors are not only an annoyance to other users but may also cause users to slip and fall down.
Please do not practise calligraphy on the buttons. The perpertrator is obviously mentally and socially deficient.
DO NOT BURN THE ELEVATOR BUTTONS!! This is yet another example of the actions of mentally-deficient people.
Abused lifts have to be shut down for repairs.
You have to walk up the stairs.
Maintainence works takes a longer time to be completed
if spare parts cannot be found.
Ultimately, the only loser will be yourself.
